TERESA WILSON
Position:
Senior AttorneyTeresa Wilson’s litigation background ranges from pre-trial to appellate, primarily as a writer representing clients in the insurance defense field. Teresa’s areas of experience include both general and complex civil litigations cases, including bodily and property injury defense, premises liability, insurance bad faith, and commercial contract disputes. Teresa has also worked in the energy sector, advising in-house personnel on an array of contract, environmental, and regulatory issues in a variety of areas both upstream and downstream in the oil business.
A lifelong swimmer, Teresa has served on various committees within Southern California Swimming, the largest local swim conference within USA Swimming, and has also advised individuals on legal issues relating to SafeSport within the USOPC.
Teresa is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to federal practice before the U.S. District Courts of the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.
