PartnerJeanette is an accomplished litigator with nearly twenty years of experience, the last ten focused on California’s complex law and motion practice. Known for her detailed research, writing, and practical judgment, she has extensive experience drafting and arguing motions at all stages of litigation, from pre-trial to post-judgment. Her highly skilled team is often enlisted to handle high-priority assignments and address critical issues under strict statutory deadlines. Jeanette’s exacting standards and abilities have earned the respect of colleagues statewide, who value her clarity and command of California law. At Hinshaw, she helps advance motion practice throughout California and is recognized for her thoughtful approach, calm presence, and strategic sense.
