BRYAN M. THOMAS
Position:
PartnerBryan has a wide-variety of experience litigating civil matters ranging from general casualty and personal injury matters involving catastrophic injury or death, to more complex business disputes involving trade secrets and receivership. Bryan has experience in all phases of litigation, from case inception to jury trial.
Bryan prides himself on maintaining excellent communication with his clients and with opposing counsel. Through strong written and oral advocacy skills, Bryan strives to find the most effective and efficient means to resolve each case based on each client’s goals.
During law school, Bryan served as an intern for the United States Government in the Washington D.C. area. Since graduating from law school, Bryan has worked in private practice, served as in-house counsel for a major insurance company, and owned his own practice.
Bryan has litigated matters before all state and federal courts in California, including in the United States District Court for the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.
