Senior AttorneyMichael F. Moon is an experienced litigator who has successfully tried more than 45 jury trials to verdict involving motor vehicle negligence and premises liability. He has a reputation for successfully defending causation issues in cases of adverse liability and has obtained numerous defense verdicts on cases ranging from soft tissue claims to traumatic brain injuries.
Michael enjoys participating in every aspect of litigation, from inception through discovery and beyond. Whether Michael is taking a case to trial or avoiding protracted litigation through early settlement, this intimate involvement allows him to identify the best road to a successful and economical resolution for his clients.
He is admitted to practice before the California State Bar, the Northern and Central Districts of the United States District Courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
