Position:
PartnerErin Davis has litigated general civil litigation cases including bodily and property injury defense, catastrophic injury defense, premises liability defense, business litigation, and employment litigation as well as workers compensation.
Erin is known as a skilled litigator who understands the importance of evaluating cases early in order to prepare and posture cases successfully for settlement or trial.
Erin spent her first two years of practice learning a variety of areas of civil litigation including business and employment litigation and premises liability defense. Over the past two years, Erin has dedicated her practice to bodily and property injury defense, catastrophic injury defense and premises liability defense. Erin has secured multiple victories for her clients early in litigation through aggressive law and motion practice, effective negotiation and early dispute resolution techniques.
She is admitted to practice before the California State Bar and the United States District Court.
