AssociateEric R. Macdonald has a multifaceted academic background and a commitment to legal excellence. Graduating from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) in 2019, Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Gerontology and Geriatrics. Building upon this foundation, he pursued his legal education at California Western School of Law (CWSL), earning his Juris Doctor degree in 2023 with honors distinction. Eric was admitted to The State Bar of California in 2023.
During his tenure at CSUF, Eric actively contributed to a research team investigating the economic dynamics of prescription drug usage, particularly exploring the potential cost reductions through engagement in physical fitness programs. Transitioning to his legal studies, Eric directed his focus towards the autonomous vehicle industry and its relationship with automobile insurance.
As a legal practitioner, Eric specializes in personal injury and motor vehicle negligence cases, representing clients across personal and commercial insurance policies. Beyond his professional pursuits, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, dog, family, and friends. Eric is an avid golfer and appreciates the opportunity to explore new courses across the country.
