PartnerFor the past 42 years, Debra Braasch has litigated all aspects of general and complex civil litigation cases including bodily and property injury defense, catastrophic injury defense, architect and engineer professional liability and extremely complex construction defect cases from inception through trial.
Debra has significant experience and skill in all aspects of civil litigation including case evaluation, depositions, discovery, law and motion, expert depositions, alternative dispute resolution, arbitrations and trial. During her career, she has handled more than 1,000 cases from inception to conclusion and has tried numerous cases to verdict.
Debra has an exceptional eye toward detail and believes that obtaining as much information as possible early in the case and providing her clients with a prompt, thorough initial case and exposure evaluation is imperative to the effective, efficient and successful handling of her cases and the protection of her clients’ interests either through settlement or, if necessary, trial.
Debra has spent her entire career in the insurance defense field working for several private firms and also as staff counsel for a major insurance company. Her current practice focuses on intricate construction defect matters and complex, catastrophic injury/wrongful death personal injury actions.
Debra has also served as a Judge Pro Tem with the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
