DEAN L. CHALAMIDAS
Position:
PartnerDean L. Chalamidas has been practicing for 18 years. His litigation practice is focused on civil defense including personal injury, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, construction defect and general liability claims. He spent 5 years as a litigation associate at a downtown Los Angeles firm, handling all phases of litigation primarily for a major insurance company. Dean also specializes in examinations under oath for fraudulent claims, small claims appeals, and he has acted as corporate counsel for several large homeowner’s associations. He has considerable courtroom and deposition skills and ADR experience, including injury trials and bench trials. He has successfully arbitrated and mediated hundreds of civil cases on behalf of defendants
Dean has an undergraduate from California State University, Long Beach. His Juris Doctor was obtained at Western State University College of Law. Dean is licensed to practice before all courts in the state of California, as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California
