AssociateFor the past 10 years, Matthew Garvey has litigated civil litigation cases, including bodily and property injury defense, catastrophic injury defense, and construction defect.
Matthew is known as a detailed and tough litigator. He understands the importance of continuing to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of cases to either promote settlement or to prepare for trial.
Matthew has experience in the insurance defense arena, including four solo trials and numerous depositions and mediations. He approaches each case with common sense, sound legal reasoning, and zeal for his clients. Prior to working in insurance defense, Matthew worked in criminal defense and immigration removal defense.
