Associate AttorneyShiloh J. Wallack has a versatile academic background showing his dedication to the legal profession. Shiloh graduated magna cum laude from San Diego State University (SDSU) in 2021, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and a dual minor in Interdisciplinary Studies and Computer Science. Seeking to continue his academic success, he earned his Juris Doctor degree with an emphasis in Energy and Environmental Law from The University of San Diego, School of Law in 2024. Shiloh was admitted to The State bar of California in 2024.
While at SDSU, Shiloh had a passion for the justice system working as a Community Service Officer for the San Diego State University Police Department and being accepted into the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Honors Internship Program for the Office of Counterterrorism in Washington D.C. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Shiloh pivoted from pursuing a career in law enforcement to obtaining his Juris Doctor. Transitioning to the world of environmental legalese and energy efficiency, Shiloh spent time working for the Office of Legal Counsel for the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) under the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal EPA). Shiloh committed to understanding the significance of insurance law in all situations, whether that be environmental/energy insurance, automobile insurance, or anything in between.
As an attorney, Shiloh specializes in adhering to conditional policy limit demands, wrongful death/survival actions, and defending against personal contribution demands. Outside of his career, Shiloh is an avid reader of epic-fantasy stories and is always looking for a new adventure.
