KENNETH H. CORONEL
Position:
Senior AttorneyKen has a wealth of experience as he has been in practice for over 35 years, both as a litigator and as in-house and outside general counsel. As a litigator, Ken has defended claims against his clients in both state and federal courts totaling in excess of $800,000,000. As house counsel, Ken served as the Chief Legal Officer of a cutting-edge data and technology company which is a key vendor to the healthcare industry. Ken has received the coveted A/V rating from Martindale Hubbell for excellence in both legal skills and ethics.
For Ken, being “of service” to clients is not just buzzwords, but rather his mission statement. Ken works closely with clients and their insurers to develop strategies tailored to the unique facts and circumstances of each case, which are consistent with each client’s business needs and objectives and which are cost-effective. He understands that one-size-fits-all strategies rarely serve a client’s interests.
Ken has litigated a wide spectrum of civil litigation matters. He has tried cases to verdict, including one case that was in trial for four years. He has also resolved countless cases in arbitration and mediation.
