ROBERT A. FISHER, II
Position:
PartnerRobert is a partner and handles matters defending developers and general contractors in construction defect litigation. He also defends large retail stores against personal injury lawsuits.
Robert was born and raised in Southern California and believes proper preparation and hard work are the keys to exceeding his client’s expectations.
He graduated from Chico State in 1988 and from Pepperdine Law School in 1991. During law school, he served as a clerk for U.S. Magistrate Ronald Rose. After college and law school, he returned to Orange County to live and practice law.
When not working, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and their two teenage children. He is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys deep-sea fishing, fly fishing, and bird hunting.
