Director of CompliancePrior to joining the firm, Jeff spent 25 years in the Insurance Industry, with the last 12 years focused on managing complex litigation, arbitration and high severity claims.
Throughout his career, Jeff has held a wide range of leadership roles, from leading a regional claims call center to managing a litigation department responsible for matters from initial investigation through resolution or verdict. This breadth of experience provides him with a deep understanding of the industry, the firm’s clients, and their expectations.
In his current role, Jeff works closely with the firm’s litigation team, providing oversight and operational support focused on delivering efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective defense services. He also plays a key role in coordinating the intake, assignment, and on-going management of all firm cases, bringing a results-driven perspective to every matter.
