Senior AttorneyFor the past 15 years, Ben G. Gage has litigated both general and complex civil litigation cases including bodily and property injury defense. His legal career began practicing bankruptcy law before transitioning to insurance defense, including personal injury law, Mobile Home Residency Law, and complex civil litigation. He has also worked with Special Investigation Units to investigate fraudulent insurance claims.
Ben is a civil litigator with extensive experience appearing and arguing in State and Federal Court. He has managed cases from pre-litigation through trial. Ben has experience defending personal injury claims. He has investigated and evaluated liability and the extent of injuries in order to provide case strategy and recommendations for settlement in automobile and premises liability cases.
Ben spent his first 6 years of practice representing secured and unsecured creditors in Federal Court. At a prior firm, was the lead litigation attorney for the bankruptcy team, where he investigated and litigated cases for non-dischargability of debts owed to creditors based on fraud. There, he gained extensive experience appearing in Federal Court and is admitted to the Central, Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts.
