MICHELE M. SPENCER

For the past 30 years, Michele Spencer has litigated general and complex bodily injury and catastrophic injury cases.

Michele’s background is primarily in the representation of defendants in personal injury litigation, in the areas of premises liability, dog bite, sexual assault, automobile, motorcycle, trucking, and wrongful death cases.

Before Macdonald & Cody, Michele worked with sole practitioners who provided her the opportunity to handle cases independently from inception through trial.  She is a tenacious and knowledgeable litigator known for strong legal research and writing skills.  She has four jury trials to verdict and several bench trials.

Clients appreciate her communication skills and her ability to effectively explain complicated legal concepts.  She strives to keep clients apprised of the status of their case and thoroughly address their concerns at every stage of the litigation process.

Michele spent the majority of her time in practice in San Diego.  She has been practicing in Orange County since 2015.
