
LAUREN L. ROSE
Position:
AssociateMs. Rose seeks to achieve the best results for her clients and comprehends the importance of providing in-depth communication to clients for the entire duration of the litigation process.
Over her career, Ms. Rose represented numerous individual clients and commercial clients in civil matters, ranging from personal injury to property damages. Prior to joining Macdonald and Cody, LLP, she was in-house counsel for a large insurance company and represented insureds, performed examination under oaths and participated in SIU Investigations. Ms. Rose also worked on first party underinsured and uninsured motorist claims. Ms. Rose has successfully drafted and argued several motions for summary judgment.
During law school, Ms. Rose made the dean’s list for all six semesters and received several faculty awards. Additionally, Ms. Rose participated in the Traynor Moot Court competition, which dealt with a personal injury appeals case. Ms. Rose was also a teaching assistant for a course in constitutional law.
Ms. Rose is dedicated to defending her clients in personal injury matters, by assessing the best resolution of a file by investigating and litigating each matter thoroughly. Through her investigation, she has successfully settled cases within policy limits by utilizing and drafting detailed discovery, depositions and expert retention.
Ms. Rose enjoys her time working out, running, and hanging out at the beach.
